The Agentic Ontologist orchestrates four memory-augmented agents to integrate two ontologies: KROMA matches classes, extraction finds missing relations, reasoning places classes that have no match, and validation removes matches that contradict each other. A controller sends each of their questions to label-free evidence, a local model, or an API model, within a budget, and learns from where the two models agree how far the local one can be trusted. One recorded run on the OAEI Mouse–Human anatomy track.
